This is a fantastic program for changing audio files, plus they offer solid help for any tech inquiries.

For real, I’m glad I put my money into the app, but the standout feature is definitely the customer support from Steven Jeam. He was super helpful in resolving the tech problem I faced and made sure to stay in contact with me right away. Totally worth every cent!

A few weeks back, I picked up the Apple Music Converter. The software was performing like a champ without any hiccups. That was until roughly two weeks ago when I found myself unable to add any tracks to my downloads. I reached out to customer support a few days later and today, I heard back from Steven_Jeam. They had resolved the issue, and all I needed to do was grab the latest version of AMC. Now, everything's running smoothly again, just like it used to. Awesome! :-)

I've sent over 6 emails to your staff member Steven_Jeam, who directed me on how to make the updates, but the program still didn't function. Frustrated, he requested video evidence showing that the program was malfunctioning, which I promptly provided. In the end, he suggested I switch my computer's operating system, but that's not something I can do. Now, after more than a month since purchasing the program, I still can't use it. All I want is a refund.

A couple of years back, I got ukeysoft, but it recently gave up on me. I figured that was the end of it, but I reached out to customer support and was really impressed by how dedicated they were to assist me. We exchanged emails multiple times, and they kept checking in until everything was sorted out and it was up and running again. Truly outstanding support and a great piece of software overall, I highly suggest giving it a try.

I bought a license for version 3.2.5 about six months ago. When I tried moving it to a new PC (using Windows via Parallels Desktop on my Mac), it upgraded to 4.5.2. But for some reason, I couldn't add music to convert. So, I went back and downloaded the older version, but then I ran into a key issue that said I had hit the max installations. I reached out to support, and Steven hooked me up with a new key that actually worked. I also asked if I could use that same key for the Mac version 4.5.2, and he gave me the correct one again. Now, my issue is totally sorted out, and I've got the latest version on my Mac, so no more messing with the old one. Big shoutout to Steven for the help!

Once I swapped out the motherboard, it zoomed right out of my account. The support crew quickly got back to me about my issue and dispatched a new key. I genuinely like using Ukeysoft. It's affordable, user-friendly, and does the job well. However, what stands out the most is their customer support. I've switched my computer two times, and each time they gave me a new license at no cost, all within a day. I highly recommend it!

I was totally amazed when I found out about UkeySoft. It came to my rescue by letting me recover all my Apple Music playlists right when I had to reformat my hard drive while DJing in Ibiza without a backup (What was I thinking?). Honestly, I have zero complaints regarding the product, the company, or the service. To sum it up, I would surely suggest them to anyone.

This Apple Music converter is super user-friendly. Just select the tracks you wish to duplicate, and the software does the rest, letting me spin those tunes. It offers multiple formats for saving your files, and I suggest checking out Preferences > Advanced to customize it to your liking. I also switched computers not long ago, and they were really quick to assist me with that change.
